Refunds and Cancellation

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@webgrowthcraft.com. There is no cancellation fee, no notice period, and nothing to click through.

A monthly subscription ends at the close of the month you have already paid for. Quarterly and half-yearly subscriptions end at the close of the period you have paid for. Reports continue until the end of the paid period, because you have paid for them.

Refunds on the current period

Because the service is delivered weekly and each report is produced as the period runs, a part-completed period is not refundable as a matter of course. If you have a problem with the service, tell us first — in most cases we would rather fix it than lose you.

Before the programme begins

If you have paid but the programme has not yet started — for example your invoice cleared but your first review has not been produced — you may request a full refund, and it will be returned through PayPal in full.

If we cannot deliver

If we become unable to continue your subscription, the unused portion of the period you have paid for is refunded in full, calculated by whole weeks remaining. This is the one situation in which we refund a part-completed period as a matter of course, and it applies whether the interruption is our choice or not.

If a website changes materially

If your website is replaced, rebuilt, taken offline or otherwise changes so much that the ongoing review no longer applies, tell us. We will either reframe the subscription around the new site or refund the unused portion. We will not keep billing for a website we are no longer reviewing.

Declined applications

If your application is declined, nothing is charged and no invoice is issued. There is nothing to refund.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are returned through PayPal to the account that made the original payment, normally within a few working days of being agreed. Any question about a refund can be sent to hello@webgrowthcraft.com.
