Privacy Policy
This policy explains what WebGrowthCraft collects through this website, why it is collected, and how it is handled.
Last updated October 2025. Questions about this document can go to hello@webgrowthcraft.com.
What we collect
When you submit the application form we collect only what you type into it: your website address, the kind of website it is, your name, your business name, your email address, the plan you selected, and any note you choose to add.
That is deliberately the whole list. We do not ask for Google Analytics or Search Console access through this form, and we do not collect your address, location or industry. Any further information we need is requested directly by email, after we have reviewed your site.
If you use the contact form we collect your name, optionally your business name and website, your email address and your message.
We also record limited technical information about each submission: the time it arrived, a one-way hashed form of your IP address used for spam prevention, and your browser's user-agent string. The hash cannot be reversed back to your IP address.
Why we collect it
Application details are used for one purpose: to review your website, decide whether we can provide genuinely useful ongoing recommendations, and if so to contact you and issue an invoice for the plan you selected.
Contact messages are used to answer your enquiry.
Technical submission data is used to protect the forms from automated abuse and to keep an accurate record of when and how a request arrived.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, trade or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes. We do not add you to a mailing list because you submitted the form, and we do not send promotional email. Submitting the form does not create a subscription, does not authorise any charge, and does not commit you to anything.
Who can see it
Application and contact details are accessible only to the people who operate WebGrowthCraft.
We use PayPal to process invoices. If your application is accepted, the details needed to raise and settle an invoice are shared with PayPal under their own privacy terms. We do not see or store your card or bank details at any point.
Our web host stores the site and its data on our behalf. We do not run advertising or behavioural tracking scripts on this website, and no third-party analytics or advertising cookies are set.
How long we keep it
Applications that are accepted are retained for as long as the subscription runs, and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal purposes. Applications that are declined are kept for a short period so that a repeat enquiry is recognised, then removed. Contact messages are retained for as long as they are useful for answering you.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@webgrowthcraft.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data protection legislation, those statutory rights apply in addition to the above, and we will honour them in full.
Cookies
This website uses a session cookie, and only where one is needed: to hold the security token that protects the forms from cross-site forgery, and to keep you signed in if you are an administrator. No advertising, profiling or third-party analytics cookies are set.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, the revised version will appear on this page with an updated date. Questions about any of the above can be sent to hello@webgrowthcraft.com.
