Plans

The same work, three billing cadences

There is one service here, not three tiers. Every plan receives the same weekly review and the same report. The only difference is how often you are invoiced, and what that does to the effective monthly rate.

Monthly

$100 per month

Billed monthly · $50 one-time setup

Works out at $100.00 per month.

Your first invoice is $150. Every invoice after that is $100 per month.

Quarterly

$300 every 3 months

Billed every 3 months

Works out at $100.00 per month.

One invoice of $300 covers three months of the programme. No setup fee.

What is included

Identical on every plan

We could have split this list across three tiers to make the middle one look like better value. The work would not change, so the list does not either.

Not included: making the changes, development work, hosting, or any guarantee of rankings, traffic or revenue.

  • A short written report every week, in plain business language
  • Analysis against what your site is actually trying to achieve
  • Recommendations specific to your pages, not a generic checklist
  • A running improvement roadmap you can see filling up
  • Search visibility observations and gaps worth closing
  • Content opportunities found in your own material
  • Conversion and enquiry-path observations
  • Competitor observations where they are genuinely useful
  • A priority order, so you always know what to do first
  • Everything in the Monthly plan
  • The best effective rate per month

The setup fee

Why monthly carries a one-time $50 and the others do not

People ask this. The honest answer is that the first review takes considerably longer than the rest, and the longer plans cover that cost inside the term.

The first review is the expensive one

We start with nothing. Every page, every service, every competitor and every search term is established from scratch, and that work is not repeated weekly.

On monthly, you can leave immediately

A monthly subscription can be cancelled after a single month. If the setup cost were absorbed into the monthly price, every one-month customer would be subsidised by everyone who stayed.

On longer plans, the term covers it

Three and six month terms commit to enough weeks that the initial review is covered inside the price. That is the whole reason the fee disappears.

Billing

How payment actually works

There is no card field anywhere on this website and no checkout. Payment happens by invoice after a human has looked at your site.

Step one. You apply. Nothing is charged and nothing is reserved — an application is a request, not an order.

Step two. If your site is accepted, a PayPal invoice is emailed to the address you applied with, for the plan you chose. If your site is declined, no invoice is issued at all.

Step three. You pay through PayPal, using whatever funding method you prefer. We do not see or store any card or bank details, at any point.

Step four. Your first review begins once the payment clears, and reports continue weekly for the length of the period you paid for.

Renewals. A monthly plan renews by invoice each month and stops when you ask it to. Quarterly and half-yearly plans run to the end of the period paid for, then renew by invoice unless you have told us to stop.

Price changes. If the price ever changes, it will not affect a period you have already paid for, and you will be told by email before it applies to a renewal.

Pick a plan and we will review your website

The plan changes only how you are billed. Choose the cadence that suits your cash flow and we will take it from there.
